We are looking for Development Team Leader to join a gowing client in Pune, India.

 

Requirments

  •  To ensure any key information is shared with colleague and Line Manager, including the regular contribution to the eCommera Knowledge Bank (Wiki).
  •  To understand and maintain at a low level, the eCommera service proposition.
  •  To articulate full range of services to any Engagement Manager, existing or future
  •  To allocate appropriate team members according to business priorities
  •  Responsible for code development and thorough testing
  •  Perform code reviews
  •  Debugs and fix problems in the existing code
  •  Work with the team to integrate new functionality and content for the company’s product line.

 

Responsiblities

  •  Be responsible for the quality of output
  •  Be responsible for the productivity, efficiency and utilization of assigned resources.
  •  Be the daily senior point of liaison between the Engagement Manger and development team.
  •  Report informally on a regular basis and formally on a weekly basis issues relating to the development team to Line Manager (Development Manager)
  •  Travel as required meeting with the Client management and staff.
  • Assist Development Manager with the development and delivery of performance evaluation and appraisal of staff.
  • Assist Development Manager in the Performance management of underperforming staff including liaison with HR team as required, ensuring consistent and clear communication with the HQ staff on such issues.
  • Any other duties as assigned.
  • To ensure development meets commercial direction and strategy
  • Supporting and communicating to the Engagement Manager, Designer and Solution Strategist
  • Documentation as required by the eCommera IT Process
  • Lead development to ensure optimal solution is designed and that the developers work to the highest quality.
  • To familiarize, document and where necessary, communicate, a clear picture of project deliverables both internally and externally
  • To develop and deliver the architectural scope and design
  • Attend workshops and/or brainstorm sessions for determining business requirements.

  •  Demandware (Site, Control Centre, Business Manager, Studio, ITS, etc.)
  •  Payment Gateway and Fraud Check (DataCash, The 3rd Man, GlobalCollect, CommIdea ..)
  •  X/HTML, CSS, JavaScript ( jQuery, Ajax ) , XML and SQL
  •  Documentation / Confluence /Wiki
  •  Build and Release processes
  •  Automation Functional Testing - Selenuim /Test NG
  •  Coremetrics
  •  Accessibility – AAA
  •  JIRA
  •  SVN, Fisheye - Code Insight, Crucible - Code Review, Code Merge
  •  Full life cycle in a Java and J2EE (Spring)
  •  ESB - Oracle Service Bus (BEA AquaLogic Service Bus) or equivalent
  •  OMS - Sterling Commerce
  •  Amazon Market Place
